Per caso sono venuto a conoscenza del comunicato della Defkalion GT S.A. (Athens 10-10-11) e mi sento l’obbligo morale di intervenire in fede alle mie convinzioni già rese pubbliche a suo tempo.. Avevo sostenuto e sostengo tutt’ora ,l’invalicabilità dei seguenti valori: scientific truth and its contribution anthropocentric ,…the values of culture, democracy, human civilization and environmental health as it develops,…… my home country, Greece is not in parochial, but diachronically as a figure, bearing the above values.
Megalomane e presuntuoso risulta questo comunicato della Defkalion GT S.A,…!., danneggia non solo la sua immagine, ma a mio parere con le inesattezze palesi, danneggia anche la causa della prospettiva per una nuova erra energetica …, specie per la Grecia economicamente bisognosa.
Il mio intervento, non è solo moralistico ma anche un tentativo di arginare le esultanze comunicative di Defkalion GT S.A., poiché mi sento responsabile in prima persona, sia per il trasferimento della tecnologia di Rossi in Grecia che per l’esistenza di Defcalion stessa … strumento di implementazione mancata …!. Affermo quindi:
1. Non si può sviluppare una tecnologia se non si conosce il fulcro in cui essa si basa.
2. Il mancato adempimento contrattuale per motivi finanziari, gli hanno impediti di avere accesso al elemento determinante che è l’invenzione di Rossi.
3. La presunta ingegnerizzazione riguarda forse, lo sfruttamento dell’energia prodotta da qualche antico lumino di petrolio …. o fonti simili … Scherzi a parte, schizzi col computer senza una base scientifica ed esperienza pluriennale nel campo, non possono sostenere l’affermazione di “Avanzata tecnologia e ingegneria sull’invenzione di Rossi o invenzioni simili …!..”
4. Le alette di alluminio in un scambiatore di calore, non possono essere il segreto industriale di Defkalion…!., le hanno inventate i fontanieri molti anni fa…!., quindi scorretti ad accusare ROSSI per l’improprio uso dimostrativo pubblico di queste alette di alluminio … SIAMO SERI … !..
Potrei continuare ancora l’elenco delle inesattezze scientifico/tecnologiche riportate, pur riconoscendo con riserva certi tentativi faticosi ma maldestri di Defkalion nel campo economico/imprenditoriale che commenterò in seguito:
• Preparato i modelli di business per l’espansione internazionale : DEFKALION NON AVEVA ASSOLUTAMENTE IL DIRITTO DI FARE ALCUN ACCORDO INTERNAZIONALE, AL DI FUORI DI GRECIA E BALCANI, QUINDI SE HA FATTO ACCORDI FUORI DA GRECIA E BALCANI LO HA FATTO ABUSIVAMENTE E SENZA ALCUNA AUTORIZZAZIONE
• Preparato le procedure legislative e certificazione : COME FA DEFKALION AD AVER PREPARATO PROCEDURE LEGISLATIVE DI CERTIFICAZIONE DEL PRODOTTO, SE NON HA MAI AVUTO ALCUNA CONTEZZA DEL PRODOTTO STESSO, DATO CHE NON HA RISPETTATO I TERMINI FINANZIARI DEL CONTRATTO? HA CERTIFICATO UN UFO?
• Assicurata una rete nazionale, regionale e internazionale in politica e affari : DEFKALION AVREBBE AVUTO (SE AVESSE RISPETTATO I TERMINI FINANZIARI DEL CONTRATTO) SOLO L’ESCLUSIVA PER GRECIA E BALCANI
• Preparato finanziamento globale : QUESTA E’ COMICA: IL MOTIVO PER CUI IL CONTRATTO TRA DEFKALION E ROSSI E’ STATO CANCELLATO STA PROPRIO NELL’INCAPACITA’ DI DEFKALION DI PROCURARSI LE NECESSARIE RISORSE FINANZIARIE.
Concludendo vorrei sottolineare CHE DEFKALION NON E LA GRECIA …. E neppure A. Xanthulis e i suoi fantasiosi consulenti di comunicazione .. .posso assicurare che c’è anche del buono … disattivato in questa Società.Now, answering the question of why Greece became of the use of this green revolutionary technology and why it was chosen to be leader in business (Grecia e Balcani) but hopefully also in research and technology in this field, let me note three basic reasons:
Our country has no primary energy sources except for lignite and hydroelectric energy. All other means of energy, especially the renewable, rely on imported technology, which reflects greatly on the cost of them.The current Political Leadership of the Country was always sensitive to innovation, especially in the field of green energy growth. The current political leadership was aware since 2004 of this technology, the reports of the progress of this scientific field were expected with great interest and hope that someday there might be some practical application of this technology.
In our country can exist Businessmen with courage and bravery, but also with a high patriotic sense of responsibility, ready to risk and invest in such an important technology. It is not about what we will gain from this Homeland, but what we are ready to offer to our country, especially in these difficult times!
Therefore, it was quite easy two years ago ,to convince my friends and long-time working on the LENR, Rossi and Focardi that -based on the above prerequisites- they should consider Greece as a interesting point for the development of this technology. Naturally, the cultural aspect played also its role; the ancient Greeks still work for us!

Già Ambasciatore di Grecia in ItaliaDefkalio fedifraga… Ripudiata dal suo Vicepresidente onorario… Quando l’onestà intellettuale e morale di un uomo rimane integra nonostante le tentazioni e gli interessi colossali che questa vicenda smuove, ognuno di noi non può far altro che ammirare la persona. Cosi mi sento di stringere idealmente la mano ad un uomo e scienziato che ripudia il comportamento vergognoso di collaboratori in patria che moralmente lo hanno tradito. Bravo Stremmenos!
