Andrea Rossi has posted the most explicit reply yet, regarding the October 6th test. From where I sit, it answers many of the questions fuelling controversy around the Net. My default is to believe what he says. Every point is verifiable by too many qualified observers to be otherwise. As always, we need to await corroboration by the scientists present, but taken as read, assertions that the eCat and exchanger were not weighed before and after are false as is the contention that the device was not stripped afterwards in front of the attendees. It also seems that those present were allowed to measure and weigh and that the operation was not anally controlled by the inventor.
