H-Ni_Fusion | Yahoo! Groups : Who is being scammed?

I’d like to explore something separate from the science here for a moment.
Let’s assume that Rossi is working a scam of some sort. OK, he would be the
scammer. But who is the scammee, i.e. the victim?Rossi says all of the work
to date has been done with his own money.
Rossi says Defkalion will not pay for the 1 MW plant until it is installed and
operational.
Rossi says he is not looking for new investors at this time.

If any of Rossi’s statements are false, all it would take to raise serious doubt
would be for a current investor, or Defkalion, or someone who has been solicited
for money to speak up. As far as I know, no one has done that.

If all of Rossi’s statements are true, there have been no victims, unless
there’s another path for money to flow to Rossi that I have overlooked.

And in 60 days or so, the success or failure of the Defkalion plant will provide
a definitive answer about at least the short-term viability of the technology.
If there’s nothing there, no one will ever invest (or purchase hardware). If
the Defkalion plant works, other purchasers will likely follow, although the
more cautious of these will wait to see if the plant is still running in a year.

To expose a scam, you have to follow the money. I don’t see any money flowing
anywhere at the moment. Have I missed something?
